      If the cyclist was in high-viz with lights on, then unforgivable of driver. If not, hard to spot at high speed in murky rain @theJeremyVine

          .@GreenJennyJones @theJeremyVine I agree! The driver is undoubtedly at fault but it's still wise for cyclists to wear high-viz for safety.
