Julia: "We did know what we voted for! How many years must 17.4 million people be told we didn't know what we voted for?!"

Funny isn't it how everyone tells us that we didn't know what we were voting for, but they did!
-
Point me to ant leave campaign information or anyone campaigning for leave that stated “no deal” would be an outcome. I think our confusion is how all Leave voters reached this conclusion despite the entire Leace campaign stating “no deal” wasn’t possible.
-
In the white paper on the subject at the time it was clear that we may leave with no deal
-
So, and trying to not to be sarcastic here. You believe the 17 million leave voters read the white paper, & went on that rather than the statements of the leave campaigners, including several Govt ministers, that no deal was just scaremongering. You are just being dishonest.
-
Laughable defence
-
You can’t even be bothered to come up with a plausible answer. We all know people didn’t read the white paper. We all know that Boris, Gove, Farage et al, states repeatedly that “no deal” was scaremongering. Either come up with better BS or just don’t bother.

I have to say, Julia. You only started to appear on my tv screen *after* the referendum. Brexiteers did not exist before that time. Particularly brexiteers like you and Oakeshott who, having nothing of any value to say, had no role in public life.
-
I know. I wish Oakeshott would turn down 80% of her tv work.

How is turning down 80% of job offers proof that you're losing work by being a brexiter?
-
She's a walking contradiction but she believes speaking loudly and banging her head on a table will convince everyone that she knows what she's talking about.
-
Fair play for building a career on it. For most of us we'd have been fired long ago if we lacked knowledge in our relevant fields.

Where can I find you holding Boris Johnson to account? Michael Gove? David Davis? Dominic Raab? Priti Patel? Nigel Farage? Richard Tice? Or don’t you hold Brexiter politicians to the same standard as Remainer politicians?

Mine too.... but I've also come to accept that a) the economic impact of a No Deal Brexit and b) the social impact from aggrandising the other leave voters racist / xenophobic narrative no longer justifies a benefit vs cost in my calculations.

And I understand the financial cost of leaving the EU in the short term might be daunting but I do believe in a bright future for GB if we leave. And that’s why I voted for leaving and if it’s with a deal or without I don’t mind as I understand the initial hardship is worth it
-
Worth what?
-
The ability to manage and govern our own laws, manage our fishing grounds and quotes and the movement of people through our boarders. And also have our own military, tasked with doing our governments bidding no one else’s.
-
Hmmm ... bot alert.

I bet your bank balance begs to differ. You turn down 80% ?! Thank god! Can you imagine 80% more Hate Spewer?! I bet you turned them down because the guests/presenters alongside may ask you to provide facts and evidence? Whereas on your show you can shout them down

The importance of accountable politicians? Not the accountability of lying politicians though.pic.twitter.com/l4F5yqn8L5
