For the record, I don’t think anyone should throw around words like “vermin” or “toad” about people just because they don’t agree with them.

"Vermin" both literally and historically implies creatures that must be exterminated en masse. Toads are basically frogs. If you see those two things as the same, I hope you don't visit ponds too often... I can only imagine the bloodbath...

-
Femi, you need help.
-
So do you, Julia, but unfortunately a cure for small minded bigotry isn't available on the NHS.
-
As if Julia would go NHS! With all that costume jewellery round her neck? She'd sell her soul (if she had one)...
-
Aw, someone doesn’t know what costume jewellery is. You know it means it’s cheap, right? And as the daughter of an NHS GP, I absolutely do use the NHS. Thanks for playing. Better luck next time.
-
Daughter of an NHS GP? Hope they are dead already and spared the horror of a daughter destroying what they worked for then. Come to think of it, even if they are, they are probably turning in their graves at the very thought of having spawned such opprobrium...

What the actual sh**. Delete this tweet immediately or get blocked. You crossed several lines there.

You’ve obviously not been following what your cult are actually like. This is what you’ve done Femi. You and your divisive talk. I hope you’re proud of yourself. You disgust me.pic.twitter.com/hnlf06o0s7

Calling someone a toad and calling a group of people vermin is very clearly different. If you don’t understand the specific issue with the word ‘vermin’ then it’s your responsibility to do more to try and understand.

It’s typical Lammy, more than happy to dish it out but cannot take it back
-
I see the name precedes the behaviour.

There is a huge difference between the term toad and vermin, as you well know. If you think it’s ok to call ordinary people who wish to stay in EU vermin, you need to take a long hard look at your mindset.https://www.npr.org/2011/03/29/134956180/criminals-see-their-victims-as-less-than-human?t=1565634079186 …

Lammy shouldn't be called vermin. All MPs should be free to do their job without being abused. He should also wind his neck in when he starts dishing out abuse to others. It's hypocritical of him to call Farage et al everything under the sun and cry foul when he gets some back.
-
But what he calls Farage is, quite often, accurate.
-
I'm reasonably sure
@Nigel_Farage is a mammal & not an amphibian@DavidLammy has been quite desperate of late & so is under a great deal of stress. Which explains his need to lash out at those he feels animus for In fact it's a bit of an epidemic amongst Remainers#UKpoli -
Now there's a Leaver using the word animus in regard to remainers. How ironic!
-
Now there's a remainer who knows the meaning of the word animus, how amazing! Must be in the 95th percentile of your group.

-
Yes, opposite to Remainers on the whole most Leavers have single figure IQs and a copious supply of Elastoplast for their knuckles....
-
Fascinating how leavers are so deSperate to prove that they're not stupid
-
And nearly always fail to do so.
