That‘s why a said „other decent“ which meant - clearly - to include the UK - although there are obvious constitutional flaws. Which is OK but does not exactly put the UK in the position to point at others and call them undemocratic. Hey, you have a PM and nobody voted for him!

Wrong. We only ever vote for the party in a general election. That way if something happens to the PM we don't have to have another general election. Party members choose their favoured candidate to replace outgoing PM. If we don't like it, we vote the party out. Democratically.
