If that is the case, Article 50 should not be revoked. The Government said in its £9m leaflet that it would respect the will of the people. That would make the people sovereign. Parliamentarians are servants of the people

Wrong. Parliament is sovereign (which is why any referendum in the UK is always advisory-Supreme Court ruling Jan '17). This is a legal point written down in statute law, not up for discussion. You can both pat each other on the back as much as you like, you're still wrong.

Once you are elected to Parliament you cease being one of the People as you have become part of Parliament. Do you see the difference? The People as a cohort have no say over the laws that are passed in the UK, only Parliament and the Crown have that power.

I didn't say that. I said the People I didn't say the public. The People is an accepted legal term when talking about governance. For example, in the US, the government is granted power to govern by the Constitution. The Constitution is granted that power by the People.

Bollocks. Parliament has the supreme legal authority. No decision can be made without the agreement of Parliament. It’s simply not possible. Just because ppl believed what was written in a leaflet doesn’t mean it will happen.

Representation is a very different thing from delegation. MPs are not there to do the bidding of their constituents; they are there to make decisions on behalf of their constituents, in their constituents’ best interests, which Brexit absolutely is not.
