Is Boris’s very male cabinet a problem? Not for me. Theresa May was promoted well beyond her ability partly because she was a woman. I can do without that kind of equality.

I have said it over and again, most people agree, and yet there are still a few that think gender quotas are acceptable If the only reason you get your job is because you are a woman then it is worthless!!!!

Because Fred Goodwin proved himself to be a wonderful boss didn't he? Unfortunately, women, who are good at what they do, aren't promoted, whereas mediocre men are. John Major being just one example.

But, as a woman, or anyone. - you need to be promoted BECAUSE YOU ARE GOOD at your job NOT just because you are a woman

I would be perfectly happy with a cabinet full of men if they were all capable of doing the job. Rather that then women who are incapable just because they are women

May would have been promoted beyond her capabilities if she’d been the cloakroom attendant.

Women want equality. That means they should be treated the same. If they dont have the qualifications they shouldn't get the job.

We need good quality people. Shame they have to be MP's. We could be better off with successful men and women business people rather than lying MP's only worried about their careers. Perhaps we could go back to unpaid MPs. We would get the best then.
