Here’s what’s going on. Jeremy Corbyn’s Magic Grandpa schtick isn’t working anymore & he won’t give in to Remain demands for Labour to back a 2nd Referendum. So he’s now surplus to requirements. So they’re using his “frailty” as an excuse to ditch him for a new Remain leader.pic.twitter.com/RyIxkFibte

The Times have a great scoop about how civil servants think. Civil servants are mostly Remainers. Making more sense now?

Civil servants are remainers by a huge majority. Why? Because they know the damage Brexit will do to schools, to hospitals, to social services and to jobs and livelihoods. They'll be the ones dealing with the shit. Meanwhile JHB just lies, stirs hatred and collects paycheck.

Stop feeling sorry for Theresa May. She didn’t serve the country that she loved, as she claimed. She worked for three years to undermine the biggest democratic vote in our country’s history. She served her own interests to stay in office. She has brought our country to its knees.

That's it, a minor quibble about turn out? Nothing about punishment budgets, rising unemployment, collapsing house prices, falling stock markets or a long deep recession that we were promised the moment the result was announced if we voted leave?

Sounds like a deep state with its own agenda, that will allow duly elected politicians the appearance of governing the country (and appearance of a democracy) just so long as their policies are aligned to what the deep state want. A rather poor disinformation campaign.

How do you know that civil servants are mostly remainers? There are a lot more civil servants who voted in the referendum than there are mandarins in Whitehall, the majority of all civil servants may have voted to leave for all you know, I haven’t stated any figures to back it up

The main reason though is to smear Corbyn. Some civil servants think he's not upto the job, I'm sure there are some who think he is.
