If only we’d never led the industrial revolution here in Britain, we could all be living in Nirvana now. Okay, we’d mostly still be poor, starving, living in shacks, working in the fields and dying at 35 but, hey, at least those carbon emissions would still be low, folks.https://twitter.com/SkyNews/status/1143589818649260037 …

For over a hundred years, the UK released more carbon than any other nation. This has left the UK with the world's fifth highest carbon debt. Watch our special report on the climate crisis here: https://youtu.be/DK3iNyoctHs  pic.twitter.com/53hht3HnZR

The Stone Age is what the Green's call the golden-age, when man and nature existed in perfect harmony. It killed most of us before we got around to inventing dangerous environmental hazards, like wheels.

To be honest couldn't care less about climate change or our carbon emissions as humans only contribute 1%of the world's co2, but they don't tell you that do they.

Everything we’ve done has been an evolution, iron, steam, steel, engines, planes, cars etc etc. It’s still evolving. Tech is advancing so quickly there won’t be a need to return to the Stone Age. This country invented so much and we still are. Instead of kids saying our futures

Are being destroyed. They need to be saying “we’re going to be the generation that will develop the technology that will stop this climate change from happening”. It’s always problems and never solutions.
