I think since Friday the key divide in this country is no longer Leave/Remain or North/South but between - People who think a late night screaming row between a couple is domestic abuse, and - People who’ve been married.

No, just talk at a normal volume. It's really not very complicated.
-
Julia obviously just considers that is normal married life.
-
How sad.

Patronising much.

I'd qualify that with "insufferably"

If Corbyn had been in Mark Field or Boris's shoes this week I can guarantee that JHB would be making the exact opposite set of arguments. It's just tribalism, people such as JHB seem to be willing to justify pretty much anything if it's someone 'on their side'.
-
Pot calling kettle I think!
I'm no Boris fan but it was just a row between a couple which happens up & down the country day in day out! Except...on this occasion, the neighbours, who have different political views, used it vindictively which the media has sensationalised to suit! -
You say it's vindictive, but it's hardly hurt him. So many have jumped up to defend him and villify his neighbours. I suspect this will happen a lot no matter what he does when he becomes PM. That will not be good for politics here
-
Whereas sending recordings of private spats is absolutely Fabulous for British Politics, of course!

-
It's not private when it spills over into someone else's home.
-
Doesn't make it of public interest. Couples argue! It's normal! I don't even like Boris but I dislike all the biased uproar even more. Find something that holds weight to discredit him with. This is nonsense!
-
I think he's done a pretty good job with discrediting himself up to now. Yesterday's car crash interviews being another prime example. People don't think he's unfit because of a row with his GF. They just see it in the context of everything else that makes him unsuited to be PM.
-
The lies, the cheating, the arrogance, the selfishness, the racist and homophobic comments, the failed projects, the high profile fuck ups etc etc already discredit him, as does the fact he's all over the place on policy too.

Why would you tweet stating that screaming is normal in marriage and then when married people express that it’s not normal in their marriage, use a sarcastic tone with them. I don’t get that.

Defeated your own point there. Well done.

If you and your partner have never screamed at each other either, then what is your basis for screaming at each other just "being married"?
