Yes, Britain's third-largest trading partner and Europe's sixth-largest economy. Almost 7% of all British exports go to the Netherlands - more than France. What's your point?

That still wouldn’t entitle the Taoiseach to tell British voters that he “hated” what they chose to vote for.
-
Surely a *major* part of
@JuliaHB1's schtick is that people are *entitled* to say what they like

Only if she agrees with it.

(He’s actually the Prime Minister of the Netherlands, in case you’re in need of yet another way in which this a terrible, terrible tweet.)

Well JHB you've really shown up your petty narrow-minded little-English fascist xenophobia. The Netherlands is a long-standing ally and one of the world's most respected democracies. Maybe when its PM speaks we should listen to the advice given by one of our best friends.

Pathetic moron.

Holland is the place where I went to learn how to improve our radiotherapy techniques to deliver better outcomes for cancer patients. We have lots to learn from other nations. British exceptionalism is a dangerous disease, which will only damage us, Julia

Just seen this. What a bizarre tweet. It’s a lovely country. That doesn’t mean the PM of that country should reprimand British voters for their freely chosen democratic decisions. Bugger all to do with believing the UK is superior. But you’re clearly a clever man so you knew that
-
Julia, a few points. Mark Rutte wasn’t reprimanding British voters. He was simply giving his long held views on Brexit. IMHO, your original post was clearly intended to diminish the importance of what he was saying by demeaning the nation of Holland (Netherlands)
