If we leave the EU, Remoaners believe our dear friends across the Channel will, out of sheer spite, stop British children from getting the vital life-saving medicines they need. Really? It seems us Brexiteers have a higher opinion of our European cousins than Remoaners do...https://twitter.com/doctor_oxford/status/1139506040880472064 …

A minimum of 6-8 months is needed to stockpile sufficient NHS drugs for a No Deal Brexit. I suppose @BorisJohnson’s ‘charisma’ will fix this, will it? Or is it more that he doesn’t care a jot about the lives his recklessness posturing endangers? https://www.independent.co.uk/news/uk/politics/brexit-no-deal-boris-johnson-medicine-supply-drug-stockpile-nhs-a8955021.html …

Have you read actually read the piece, Julia? This is not (of course) a matter of our European neighbours maliciously denying us drugs. The logistics of pharmaceutical trade are complex and unwieldy. No Deal would exacerbate this greatly, hence need for significant stockpiling.

I do enjoy how you think everyone who disagrees with you is stupid or ignorant. Of course I’d read the sodding article. I’ve also spoken to trade, industry and diplomatic experts & the Health Sec & Brexit Ministers about this issue. Relax. It will be fine.

As you’ll know, the BMA, NMC, Royal Pharmaceutical Society, British pharmaceutical industry, medical Royal Colleges & chief medical officer of the NHS are all united in warning of the risks to patients of No Deal Brexit. But perhaps your expertise outstrips theirs?

Most (all?) of those groups also warned of the dangers of Brexit at all. Remoaner nonsense. I don’t claim to be an expert in this but the people who ARE the experts on No Deal planning, trade, imports etc insist those fears are unfounded. Maybe they know better than both of us?

Time to call in the intellectual heavyweights on this one, Julia! Can you get in touch with Mark Francois, Owen Patterson, Jim Davidson, Nadine Dorries & Piers Morgan to put this issue to their powerful, insightful, forensically-analysed dissection? 🤣🤪🤣🧐🤣😜🤣🥳🤣🤡🤣

Can you please quote these people who have said (paraphrase) "relax it will be OK" so we can ask them where they get their facts from? Check them against other facts? Or perhaps you have sources or reports?

If you have these cast iron agreements and read the 'sodding' article why did you lead by talking about malice, an entirely spurious comment, and not 'hey I have some actual information that might help'?
