        simplifying the tax & benefits system radically would help a lot, save the money on admin frees it up to give to the people, increase basic income by using it to replace benefits money too. would put the right incentives in the system, but would need politicians to stop meddling.

        How does giving everyone £48pw 'tackle inequality'? Those that want to work will still earn what they earn, the rest will be slightly worse off as this is less than JSA. So lots of tax, lots of admin costs and no discernable benefit. Jobs for plodders in public sector is all
