They didn’t vote. Do you understand the difference between voting and answering a pollster’s question? Jeeez... and they say Leavers are thick.
-
With that tetchy response I have my answer.
-
Not tetchy at all.

Brewer calling the public thick, they don't know what they voted for, etc. The hypocrisy burns.
-
She didn't call the public thick.
-
She implicitly did.

No she wondered what 60% actually know what the aims of this Extinction group are. Where has she said they are thick? I just found out today that one of their aims is bank rolling the British economy. So i need to read into them and I'm not part of that 60%.
-
She literally said she doesn't believe they knew what they voted for. Funny that

-
I'd never heard of Extinction so if anything JHB has given them some good publicity.

Funny, we Remainers were blasted for suggesting that those that voted leave may not know exactly what they voted for and we were implying they were stupid. But it’s ok for you to suggest people don’t understand about Extinction Rebellion.

Julia's very selective in her assessment of what the public understands. Climate change : the public have no idea what the ramifications are. Brexit: obviously the public fully understand what the ramifications are. Can anyone else see the dichotomy?

Your optimism is rather less than reassuring. I can only assume that the cabinet and government are, on average, less able than the public since they are, by any measure, confused and Inept. Dismayed that you're so sanguine about climate change. Ignorance really is bliss

As is usually the case with climate change deniers you only present a part of the equation. Natural emissions are usually balanced by natural absorptions. Now more CO2 is entering the atmosphere than is being soaked up by carbon “sinks”. But not to worry.

Change the descriptor to "sceptics" if that makes you more comfortable. Why am I not surprised that you airily announce that your point is "proved". I think that billions of people in China and India is ridiculous. Do you know them all personally?

Well i asked a leader.. We have millions of gas boiler in peoples homes in the UK. yet you want zero emissions in 6 years. How? Not a clue, not his problem, he just wanted to demand the impossible, because the government aren't telling the 'truth'
