You pretended to think that I was threatening violence against protesters when you knew I wasn’t. But you enjoy the virtue signalling anyway. Pathetic. At least it’s not the worst thing you’ve ever done though, eh?

Nothing in my tweet suggested I was proposing to attack them. My point (as you know) is that the protest is only peaceful if no one challenges them. Me arriving in a car and asking politely “please can I drive over the bridge” would be met by force from THEM. They’re NOT peaceful

I don't think they'd attack your car, but they'd probably not move, meaning you'd need to run into them.

Asking politely if you can please drive over the bridge, when the bridge is *clearly* impassable, would suggest either exceptional arrogance or exceptional ignorance on your part. Are you sure you've thought this through?

This is a good point well made, and destined to be conveniently misunderstood by anyone who feels like being shocked or indignant for ten minutes.

Standing still isn't an act of violence, even if there is a car nearby.

"In this confrontation that I am having with the protesters, which is taking place entirely in my own imagination, they are behaving violently." What a brilliant argument.
