I think a lot of ex Labour voters will be backing them too.

It's what the Tory Party deserves. First time in my life I voted for them, purely for Brexit, and we ended up with this shit show

Just got a conservative local election grovelling letter in the post saying. Local council has never been so good due to them. And basically try to forget the brexit mess. Well this is one vote they won't be getting again.
-
Got the same thing...replied I would rather eat my own vomit while having bamboo splinters forced under my fingernails all while sitting in the dentists waiting room before undergoing root canal treatment than help the Conservative party again. Hurt silence has ensued...

Lot of them need to join the Brexit party if they want to ever see Parliament again - I forsee a sudden Paul the Apostle Damascene conversion rate of epic proportions coming up.

What I want to know is why any current cabinet minister feels able to consider standing in any Conservative leadership contest if they accept they have collective and individual responsibility for the Government’s handling of Brexit to date? Thick skinned or what!

If 75% of parliament are remainers then the Brexit party should gain 35% of parliament, but having spoken to
@Nigel_Farage in the past he has full respect for@Jacob_Rees_Mogg and other like minded MPs and won't step on their toes. There are plenty of labour scalps to take. -
Good God. There's voting Brexit and there's having no soul. What a dreadful tweet.
-
If for some reason you haven't been around or on holiday then by now you'll realise that the issue is no longer about Brexit, but democracy itself.
-
Yes it is and if that's the case then you should have another referendum which follows the rules and regulations of a democratic society.
-
In other words you lost the first referendum couldn't stand the result thrown your teddy out the pram and want the vote to happen again. What a joke.
-
Yeh thats it. Brought to ransom by loads of people who don't normally vote. Anyway no. If you want referendum to be treated like a general election then you have to follow rules. Currently not just legally binding ( all referendums) but illegal. Democracy? Only when convenient?
-
Funny that because any one over the age of 18 registered to vote in this country is classed as a legitimate vote. And as for a general election br careful what you wish for. There's an awful lot of MPs in leave constituencys who are going to be out of work.
-
That reply makes no sense. My point was clear. People found energy to vote in thus when usually apathetic. Didn't say they weren't valid votes. Anyone retweeting it kinda prove my point.
