Tell you what, since the Remainers won’t accept that they lost and MPs refuse to vote for anything that remotely resembles the Brexit promised in 2016, I guess Leave voters will just have to shrug, accept defeat and move on with our lives. I assume everyone’s ok with that?pic.twitter.com/pK1JrRCAjN

Er, my comments about Hammond weren’t about him being a Remainer but about him as a Govt minister colluding with a foreign power against the interests of this country. Very different. Nowt wrong with people voting Remain.

I find this fascinating. No one enjoys being wrong. It’s an unpleasant experience for all of us. The question is how do we respond when it turns out we were wrong.

Also need to see the wider perspective that this kind of comments / usage of "Traitor", "Treason" is inflaming the political atmosphere. They have been at for three years Traitors, Saboteurs, Citizen of Nowhere, Farage saying "without a single shot fired" or talking about "picking up my rifle". They know exactly what they are doing. Its what got Joe Cox killed.

Absolutely correct. First implement radical speech, lower the ethics than call for actions. Always the same scheme.

Ok. It’s pedantry. Now you of course said ‘no-one has been called a traitor for voting Remain’ Will you retract that?
