        No its Eurooe wide. The EU dire five will make us choose one or the other GMT or BST. Wonder how the SNP feel about it as it is largely for their farmers. About as much as they care about their fishermen I suppose.

        They got permission from parliament so I don't see how that could possibly have standing. Then again, Miller shouldn't have had standing either so who even knows.

        1. Not quite. In Miller the court held that prior approval was required because of the presumed irrevocable nature of notice under Article 50. Here the request for extension didn't create that irrevocable change and might have been allowed under prerogative powers, but...
