Voting for May's deal in return for her resignation is an absurd strategy that solves nothing. Me for @telegraphhttps://www.telegraph.co.uk/politics/2019/03/25/voting-mays-deal-return-resignation-absurd-strategy-solves-nothing/ …

Why is she so desperate to push through a deal that NOBODY wants except for the EU? She's even offering her resignation in return for us accepting such a terrible deal? It is so obvious that she doesn't work for the UK and that she is desperate to trap us in the EU - For the EU.

It's madness, if her deal gets through the conservatives are finished, she can't threaten them with something that is inevitably going to happen anyway.

Yeah it would be nice to have them withdraw support totally and leave conservatives with no majority, effectively wiping out the governing body and leaving us with an empty house and a general election, which should take us past the deadline day and we go WTO.

100% correct Julia. @theresa_may is a short term problem. Staying in the EU without any voting rights and hoping for unanimity from 27 heads of state to allow us to leave is a very long term problem. 1000 years of asking potentially.

Talk about bloody children running the country, MPS saying we'll pass the deal if you promise to resign, not is this deal good or bad. Just goes to prove they are voting for their own agenda not what their constituents voted for. Makes me sick.

I think I would prefer a general election then continue putting up with these weak @Conservatives remainer MPs they are tearing this country apart along with the @UKLabour I have no trust in this Parliament. Big changes need to happen now before we are trapped under the eu's belt

Given some of the questions Mogg asked PM & Attorney General over past months. I suspect he will agree deal & look for next Govt to revoke it after General Election. Which we can do. Plus no Govt can bind another Govt. All questions he asked & were confirmed by Attorney General.

No Parliament can bind a successor. That is true. It follows that a future Parliament possessed of sufficient will can repeal all that is happening now, WA, No Brexit and all exiting EU on any terms it chooses, without consent Will there ever be such a Parliament is the question?

That is in our hands. If we fail to vote brexiteers into parliament then the blame is ours. Time for the people to take control. Most of us voted for a party with Brexit in their manifesto. We have to be sure the candidate we vote for this time are real brexiteers and not liars.
