Whatever the hell just happened in Parliament is bad for Theresa May but it’s good news for EITHER the Brexiteers or the Remoaners. Both seem very happy indeed. They can’t both be right. It’s game on!

Corrected tweet; Most MPs are pleased because the Prime Minister has ignored parliament for too long. Riding roughshod over procedures Any other government would have folded by now. But some media outlets refuse to highlight just how chaotic & contemptuous this government is.

@JuliaHB1 I think Bercow is guiding things towards a revocation of A50. There is no grounds for an extension, nothing to extend for. So maybe WTO or Revocation is now the outcome.

We need to make it abundantly clear to our MP's that revoking Article 50 is NOT ACCEPTABLE. Get writing everyone, right now.

@OwenPaterson interview with the BBC just now made a lot of sense. At the EU on Thursday there needs to be a hasty exchange of papers to start the process of GATT Art 24 so we can move forward with that after leaving on 29th March.

That’s right! What will May do now? That is the question. She could save herself by driving preparations for WTO but I doubt it. Expect something subversive and manipulative.

I think this depends on the 27. She cannot ask for a delay if she does not have a good reason. They do not want to change her deal. She cannot present it again until September. Art. 50 default applies, leave on 29th w no deal? I am not sure her ineptitude counts as a reason.
