Guardian columnist @NesrineMalik is busily tweeting comments by people, inc me, making legitimate criticisms of both Islam & Islamic extremists, with the implicit nod & a wink that we are somehow responsible for today’s horrific mosque terror attacks. Nesrine, you are despicable.

7. I do stand by my words. If you think that makes me a white supremacist or someone who thinks it’s ok to murder people who don’t share my faith or skin colour then you are certifiably insane or just a liar. 8. Your desperate need to separate everyone into them & us... 3/

... strikes me as being alarmingly similar to the views of the NZ killer. Maybe it is you who should look again at what are you saying. 9. I’m done with this now. Bye bye. 4/

You just said earlier in this thread you were "happy to help" but I agree, you aren't an ally and haven't ever been. Also your article isn't criticism of anything? Youve said in that article that youre sick of Muslims complaining about things
-
also youre talking to two Muslims who have faced abuse - physical and verbal- that have been justified by the words you and your colleagues in *our industry* have written on major platforms. You didn't have to face those consequences or threats, we did
-
Oh sorry, so no one is allowed to comment on ANYTHING that has affected ANYONE EVER if they themselves have not been a victim of it? Do fuck off and take your sixth form debating society arguments with you.
-
You're deliberately mis-reading this and painting yourself as a victim. You have a big platform to complain about things that inconvenience you. The difference is that you're not getting assaulted on the street for looking like a Muslim. You can see this, right?
-
And considering how many colleagues you and I have in common, Julia, I would hesitate when being so dismissive. Lets just say a lot of them don't have the best opinion of you
-
Do go away now. Keep trying to make this about you and trying to promote yourself and get Twitter likes, and I’ll keep saying what I want. I couldn’t give a toss what anyone but my friends and family think about me. You should try thinking for yourself sometime. It helps.
-
I care a lot more about the people in my community who died and are under constant threat because you're "sick" of having Islam "thrust in our faces" (much like the NZ shooter!) but please, do continue to worry more about what you're allowed to say at your next dinner party
-
re. "You should try thinking for yourself sometime" - funnily enough, one ability I've heard you also lack. Perhaps we can work on it together some time.

What planet are you living on that you’re able to perceive Muslims as being specially protected from criticism? Surely a cursory glance at a newspaper or indeed a brief listen to your own ramblings would disprove that idea
