All the Remainers replying with haha and lol. These morons don't know what's been unleashed by this. They soon will.

This must surely impact on our representative system, where they now openly lie to garner votes, and represent themselves.

That's it now, we no longer have democracy, the UK is finished as a serious nation.
-
Becow seems to be in charge now. I cant recall electing him.
-
The Speaker is elected by MPs...who we elect.
-
The speaker is also an elected MP https://www.johnbercow.co.uk
-
I didnt vote for him to be speaker. And the speaker should not have so much power and influence.
-
Well following your argument I didn’t vote for theresa may to be PM...so maybe she should not have so much power and influence...thats the parliamentary democracy we live it. What do you want?
-
Not how it is now with twats like Bercow having so much influence. He should be nuetral as Speaker, but hes clearly not. Its all a bit outdated and full of ridiculous medieval rituals. It needs modernising to remain relevant and respected.
-
So lets start with abolishing the unelected unaccountable house of lords then..

Not at all, the masks are off now. The massacre at the ballot box in the next GE will be fun to watch.
-
If there was a credible opposition, the Tories would be absolutely slaughtered. But there isn't.
-
Both parties will be slaughtered, there will be no hiding place for them
-
How will both parties be slaughtered? Everyone suddenly voting Green, or LibDem? Or UKIP? Very much doubt it.
-
Where I live we get Labour, Conservative, Lib Dem or Green Party, so no sodding choice. All I can do is write - “None of these lying cheating bastards” on the ballot paper in protest. Democracy is a myth.

Just heard from Liddington in the House that the Tories will introduce legislation to prevent a no deal Brexit if no agreement is found. Boulton on Sky even suggested they could also vote to revoke article 50. It gets worse by the hour.
