So, our PM comes back from her meeting and openly lies to the whole country and still gets to be our leader. Is the UK in a democracy or a dictatorship?

It's an EU dictatorship.

Seems we have the WA = in EU prison forever, stay in the EU = prison but able to ultimately leave or no deal = instant freedom. Reject the WA whatever its the worst of all above.

Hard Brexit remains the legal default under EU and UK law.
-
Hard Brexit is dead and about time, hallelujah
-
Again, it remains the legal default under EU law. The only way it gets stopped is if the *government* revokes A50, or if the EU agrees an extension.
-
There's no hard or soft Brexit, just leaving as per the referendum. Choice was Cameron's deal/renegotiation OR Leave!

The deal isn't leaving the EU or, leaving EU institutions. So, it is not the democratic mandate that was to be implemented that will voted upon. We didn't vote for a negotiated WO. We had already rejected Cameron's deal that was offered in the referendum!
-
Erm, yes it is David, we are legally obliged to a transitional period and agreement on leaving. The deal fulfills legal obligations crashing out doesn't We will have legally left the EU as the ballot said Leave then this is fulfilled. Crashing out was neither campaigned or voted
