Four people (aside from Lame-y) have suggested to me today that Africa doesn’t need donations from colonial powers as Africa is fine on its own. Suits me. DD switched from water aid to the local animal rescue shelter took 5 mins online.

I think we all need to keep charity personal and closer to home. And to smaller charities where you can see the difference the money can make.
