Remoners are such a sad unhappy lot ,maby they need a holiday to cheer them up,send them to France for a fortnight, give them a yellow jacket so they won't be missed , Macron will welcome them with battons and a fortnight in jail with bread and water

They can't understand the meaning of leave either, which is strange for a group of people who think so highly of themselves.

It’s interesting that he believes one of the EUs articles is unlawful, after all the base legal outcome of triggering article 50 is leaving the EU with no deal

I don’t think he “owned you”, sounds more like he was getting overly emotional

Thank you all Labour Pro-BREXIT and pro-DEMOCRACY MPs and the ERG for voting with the BREXITEERS/Government tonight, not perfect but acceptable for now and very much appreciated by 17.4m British Leave voters. x

I think you should dig a bit more into grieve's claim that no deal would fallfoul of sone of our 'international legal obligations'. Sounds like a fib to me. Has he ever given this advice before? I would be slightly peeved if i were theresa!
-
I can name the good Friday agreement off the top of my head. No deal=border (however you want to set that border up). GFA requires dismantling of all border apparatus. He gives this advice everyday.
-
Yes, and it was confirmed legally I believe that an offsite border control would not break the agreement. The arguments about equipment etc need to be had, but that is not the point here.
-
It is the point though
-
But you are agreed that if there is no perceptible change in border apparatus then the GFA is unprejudiced. Remember that a lot of things do still change on the border (VAT, Tax, etc,)
-
Please give me one example of an open frictionless border between 2 customs regimes anywhere in the world. One will do. One with zero border infrastructure. Thanks
-
I cant as it has not been tried - all I am going on is advice from the EU and UK customs departments that it would be possible.
-
Lots of things are possible if you throw billions at them and take years to design and prepare. Why throw so much time and money at this? Money better spent on NHS, services education? Why?

First they want to take you off air then they want to share your views far and wide?? It’s about as cohesive as the Labour Brexit policy.
It’s funny how they see Grieve as a hero because they think he’s thrown them a remain lifeline. Deluded.pic.twitter.com/0IE8TMUbFr
