My fellow Leave voters: we must stand firm. We were given a clear choice: Remain or Leave. Leave won. No to the Withdrawal Agreement, which is Brexit in name only. No to any delay. No to a second referendum. No ifs, no buts. We want our vote implemented as we were promised.pic.twitter.com/UAfjX7Wum4

We can 'stand firm' all we like but the fact is these fuckers are in Parliament/Government and we're not, and they plan on screwing us in every way. We'll have to annihilate them all at the next election/ref, or take to the streets if there's no institutional fight back.

I'm not one to typically use it online. However, swearing is reserved for emotional extremity and the absolute gall of these people and their unabashed bending of the truth calls for it on this occasion. I've contacted my MP X amount of times only to be met with rhetoric.

Whats the bloody point, Julia? I'll never vote again. I truly believed my vote would count but how foolish of me to think that democracy would win the day. #betrayed

You voted for unicorns, which is fair enough because they promised you loads of unicorns. What they have delivered is 1,000 tonnes of dog poo. It's a betrayal of your faith in unicorns but nothing more than that.

We voted to get out of the EU because it's changed from a trading bloc into something far more sinister. If you ignore Verhofstadt and Timmermans, not to mention the scary rhetoric coming out of the mouths of Macron and Merkel, you'll never understand why we want out.

Sinister? How exactly? By cheapening mobile phone calls and introducing better food regulations?

Greece. Italy. Cyprus. Perhaps for you they don't mean very much, but for Leavers like me they are epiphanies in which the anti-democratic, authoritarian nature of the EU is laid bare for all who are prepared to look up from their screens and their well-regulated food to see.

So you think the taxpayers of Germany, Netherlands etc should bail these countries out without conditions - is that what you’re saying? UK refused to provide a penny to this tyrannical bail out you speak of.

I think that the EU central bank should have done its due diligence when Greece was admitted. A private bank or lender would have been fined or shut down in comparable circumstances. The EU trumpets its status as a 'rules based' organisation, but those rules are... (1/2)

Any majority is a hammering weather its 4% or 40% and anyway you were always going to want a 2nd referendum even if leave had won by a bigger margin

I actually dont want a second referendum. I would like the deal we were promised tho. And no 4% is not a hammering, not at all.

It's a hammering if I get what I want. If I don't, it's ambiguous and unclear (remember both Farage and Rees-Mogg supported a 2nd referendum if they didn't get what they wanted 1st time).
