Out of interest, Julia, which laws in particular are you thinking of as carrying insufficient sentences?

Nothing will change until we the voters can elect our own Commonsense Judges for five year terms. Thus ending having weak ones placed over UK by the Globalists Cartel that dont give a fig for ordinary people.

You normally have your finger on the pulse Julia. This time, you are way off the mark. Most of the British public do not want her back. She made her bed and now she must lie in it.

She has been someone else's problem since she left our shores. Let her be tried in the land were she possibly aided and abetted terrorism.

Worse, In many cases it’s social housing, a big TV, and a bunch of benefits that I pay for. With that in mind, right now I would rather we strip her citizenship, and let her deal with the self inflicted hell she believes in.

If she was born in Pakistan and has citizenship in Pakistan, then it seems we can let her be Pakistan's responsibility. We're fed up with wasting money on these people. She has contributed nothing to the UK, her father took her to meetings. Spend the money on homeless soldiers

Bangladesh not Pakistan

Julia, I agree with you on most issues, but not this. The danger this woman poses to our country is immeasurable. She would become an Islamist icon, heroine, recruiter, whether in jail or not. Great decision by

The headlines all say she wants to "come home." Britain is no longer that thing for her. When my family left Eastern Europe during the leadup to the Holocaust, we said goodbye to Poland and Russia and Hungary being "home." Because they were persecuting us there.>>>

Agreed. There are plenty of countries that will accept her. She doesn’t have to stay in Syria. Of course, the majority of them probably hate ISIL, too, so ... good luck with that.
-
But it would be good for her image to at least put on a show of having actual principles. As things stand, the Caliphate is supposed to be the highest form of Islamic civilization, according to the majority of published Islamic works.>>>

Going there is a declaration to the world that one wants to join the Jihad. To be a warrior. A principled warrior does not desert. So, even going back to Bangladesh is showing a lack of real dedication to Jihad. Which means that she was never a wholehearted >>>

warrior in any meaningful sense of the term. She just wanted to watch the oppressed outgroup die horribly. And, now, she's had enough of the Beheading Festival, and she wants to pretend she never made that decision. If they behead her over there, then she deserves it.>>>

She can't have a very robust sense of the sanctity of human life: She ran away to the Caliphate (a place where they practice all of the precepts of Sharia, which, absurdly frequently, means the death penalty for imperfect fidelity to the example>>>

and would be in no danger of being executed Or, She went there because she assumed she could get out of being beheaded, even though her imperfection would, (even to a halfway-humble adolescent, rather than she), be grounds for execution. >>>
