But I thought you said "People will need to see the deal before they can make a choice"?pic.twitter.com/uoQymSV1Jv

Brilliant but how dare she call our closest allies ‘the enemy’ I HATE that sort of language.
-
Certain elements seem to be obsessed with having an enemy ... the defence secretary was crapping on about it the other day. When did peace go out of fashion, exactly?

I can think of many words to describe the 2016 result and the years that followed, "Sorted" is definitely not one of them.

How can you have a final say 3 years ago when we didn't know a fraction of what we know now? You wouldn't even get dinner without knowing what's in it, let alone the most important decision this country has faced in decades. You're dangerously naïve and ignorant.

We didn’t have the final say on the deal Mrs May has concocted. Are you in favour of it Julia? Do you support *any kind of Brexit* as long as we’re out?

Three years of chaos later. And nobody can come up with a way of Brexiting that doesn't kneecap the country. Still, we better just get on with it, otherwise Julia will be cross.

That was not the final say. That was just the starting whistle. Why are you so scared of another vote?
-
Because this is what the EUphiles do. Don’t accyany vote that limits their powers. Just have another one in the name of ‘democracy’.

I didn't have a say on the issue Let's have a legitimate referendum thst includes Brits in the EU Or should we just do one? 's ok, I know the answer You can do one too
-
I think Brits in the EU did have a vote, unless they have not lived in the U.K. for more than 15 years. That seems fair enough to me.
-
So the British veterans who fought fascism in WWII should be denied a vote? Really? And the EU citizens who have paid taxes here should have no say in the future of their adopted country.
-
I agree you have a point about the British vets. However, I definitely don’t agree with EU citizens having a vote unless they have British citizenship. They don’t vote in GE either.
-
Why not? They pay tax yet get no representation. The Americans revolted over similar laws.
-
Because I believe that it is a national issue. They could have influenced the outcome and then gone back home to their native countries to live. EU Immigration wasn’t the reason I voted to leave btw. I have Polish friends & they agree with me.
-
If they pay taxes they should get representation. It’s a simple principle.
-
They can vote in local council elections, which is fair because their taxes pay for local services.?
