All the right people have glum faces in the Commons - and on Twitter - tonight. Excellent.

But it is you Katie that has been trying to thwart democracy Unless of course you believe that Law Breaking and Fraudulent Campaigning delivers Democracy

-
Okay 1. Yes the leave campaign overspent, however, it still spent less than Remain so can you really say it swung the election. 2. Both sides lied lets not pretend otherwise.
-
*I meant referendum...
-
So, let's go ahead and ruin the country, weaken Europe and the West and make Putin really happy!

-
We have been over-contributing into the EU fund for way too long and they have treated us like shit. Now watch them sweat

Democracy is over-rated. Just because the majority of people would vote for something doesn't make it a good idea or the correct decision.
-
Wait until we don’t have democracy. Then see how many good ideas get through.
-
I'm not seeing any good ideas at the moment though. Either we need more democracy (i.e. another referendum) or less democracy (i.e. we throw out the results of the last referendum) this current half-arsed level of democracy is just plain stupid.

Sucks that you have to be a democracy to be in the EU.pic.twitter.com/bUjAMcbN3a

And Vote Leave didn’t thwart democracy, sending a billion online messages to achieve a 2% vote swing, telling lies. Or the press, drip feeding us anti EU headlines day after day? That was all absolutely fine?pic.twitter.com/R6G40wPl7Q

Where's Julia's glib reply. Did I miss it?

Only if you don't understand democracy. Don't they teach you that at Oxford?
-
Is there an updated version we don't know about.
-
Ask Julia. She must have learned it at Oxford, that university for the elite she went to. Or you could look it up, the classic definition not the version that quitters change to suit their agenda.pic.twitter.com/6j8dTZJZfn

Or more succinctly; 'yes'
-
She means yes but people usual prefer an explanation to a one word answer. Unless they are being intentionally awkward.
