And explain what will stop us thinking that way and instead embrace further European political integration.

Was Chuka Umunna on? I haven't seen him on tv for approximately 10 minutes and I'm going cold turkey.

I think while you know why you voted to leave. There’re a number of different reasons why people voted to leave. Trying to find “1 Brexit” deal for all the MPs has proved difficult, so imagine trying for the whole nation!
#impossibletask -
There are many different reasons why people voted Remain so that makes remaining in the EU difficult too .
-
True. But. Remain leaves you with little immediate change. Where as leave is different. Remain is the status quo. So regardless of the reasons the remainers are likely to have been en masse happy to remain.
-
No, many on the Remain side campaigned for Remain & Reform. Reform isn’t actually an option in the EU so those who voted for that option were deceived.
-
The reason we have struggled to reform the EU is because a large number of our MEPs are UKIP who have a policy of not engaging in anything even if it's for or against Britain's interests. 78 MEPs would otherwise be a powerful force for change in Brussels.
-
They had the chance to stop it before it started. They gave Cameron nothing. They don't want reform.
-
Cameron got just about all he wanted.https://www.politico.eu/article/david-cameron-eu-reform-deal-scorecard-brexit-eu-referendum-agreement/ …

How would they know? Brexiters still can't agree with each other on what Brexit version they actually DO want
What chance have the rest of us got? -
There is only one Brexit ‘version’ - Leave the EU and all its institutions completely. Other ‘versions’ have been invented by Remoaners to try to keep us in and reverse referendum result.
-
If Leave campaigns HAD clearly said "We mean Single Market & CU exit" BEFORE the vote & campaigned for Hard Brexit you might have had a point. They didn't
Stop pretending otherwise. -
They did. So did Remain campaign. So did Cameron.
