Any mention of FGM? Or the women who are suffering actual oppression here and around the globe due to religion/ideology, instead of the imagined ones in the western world?

Serious question - what rights are women lacking in the UK? Feminism seems to have been hijacked by the perpetually offended and the rich middle class left and become a victimhood club.

One of my pet peeves is women who haven’t got their money/CC ready or want to find the exact money from the bottom of their purse. Yes usually women- men don’t shop.
-
Agree. I'm a woman but I go to the till prepared. I even do my own self scanning in Tesco. I don't have a purse, just my cards in a wallet and loose change in my pockets. I even work in a male dominated industry but treated equally and get paid the same. Maybe I'm just odd.

-
No, not odd at all. Just doing what the rest of us normal women do and think
. Equality does not mean special privileges in my book either.

Your right, those people who suddenly appear to realise that 'Oh this isn't 'Everything Free' day, I have to pay' just drive me nuts. They wait until the teller says the precise amount and then proceed to slowly and mechanically begin the process of paying.

Reminds me of the all embracing protest badge from years ago "Gay Whales Against Racism"
