Which is why if Corbyn hands the Tories another chance to remove May they should take it, spend <14 days electing a new leader & PM to form a new govt full of Brexiteers, rather than the govt full of Remainers we currently have. How bad do things have to get b4 they remove her?

A general election is what we the British public want so we can drain the swamp of these traitorous so called representatives Grieve, Soubry, Vasey, Morgan, Wollaston and many many more

And if they did have an election, they could ignore that vote and campaign for a further vote..

Yet did not a load of those MPs complaining about 'No deal' vote for Article 50 to be activated. Turkeys voted for christmas hoping we'd revert to goose by then. There seems to be many that don't really know what's going on so might be easily swayed into doing that.

They cannot agree on LEAVE or REMAIN. If we LEAVE then REMAIN Tories bring down the government. If we don't LEAVE then LEAVE Tories bring down the government. May's wrecking compromise loses the DUP and LEAVE which brings down the government.

Might be good to have a clean out of all the MPs that voted against their constituents.

If there were a GE now, I honestly believe that people like Anna Soubry would lose their seats. People like Grieve & Clarke are taking thei pensions & I think that about 60 Tory seats would be in peril. People are sick of the Tory Party's navel gazing IMO. GE would be a big risk

This could be interesting. Another GE with staying in CU/SM in the manifesto which will likely be one of the few pledges they honour!

Complete Red Herring designed to give Tory Leave back benchers the jitters. These stunts should come with a mug alert, because that’s what you would need to be to fall for it.

If she instructed the party to vote for it, the majority would, as would all Opposition benches. I think they could scrape together the numbers.

The mood of the Country, would rip the Guts out of the Tory Party. No way would they take a chance and go for the an Early Election. The Public, especially the Brexiteers would destroy them and the Tory Party.

Single issue General Election with each MP / Candidate to declare and commmit to Brexit position. Leave/stay/deal and if don’t follow through have to stand down.
-
There's no such thing as a "single issue" general election.
-
And Greggs didn’t do vegan sausage rolls until they did.
-
A sausage roll has, and involves, no views on the role of the State, tax and spend, defence, and the myriad other contested policy issues tied up in a general election between competing parties. There is no such thing as a single issue general election.
-
Why such a narrow view of the world Dream of what could be not what must be. Single issue elections do exist my friend, a sausage roll told me so when we were discussing the fragmentation of party politics.
-
Well, I suspect your sausage roll has as much of a grip on what's going on as our political "elite", so why not?
