“Labour MP Tulip Siddiq delays birth to vote on Brexit.” Imagine putting a Parliamentary vote (one that’s not even a close run thing) ahead of the health of your unborn baby. These Remoaners are insane. My child would always come first every time.https://www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-politics-46868195 …

Yes, a delay to the date advised for her surgery. For the health of her baby.

When we had our children both C section after fertility treatment we were given a choice of dates so obviously, according to the nurses, with a pre planned section a few days is not damaging to the baby’s health

Why? If option A is healthy, and option B is healthy _and_ you get to do something that is important to you, what's wrong with going with option B? It would be stupid if delaying it was in any way detrimental to the baby, but we've not seen any evidence to suggest that it is.

Good grief. If there was any risk, the doctors would not have agreed to reschedule the date. Why not have a go at the antiquated procedures in the House rather than a pointless attack on a principled female MP?

I expect health doesn’t feature. It’s probably a scheduling thing due to manpower and free slots. Don’t make it out to be what it isn’t.

You’re a truly awful human being, implying someone cares more for their politics than their own child. Where is your evidence that the child was put in any risk by the decision. Otherwise this is a disgraceful smear even by your standards.
