I’m generally of the view that if you think delivering on our democratic votes and ensuring our national sovereignty is respected looks a bit too much like hard work to you, then you probably shouldn’t be an MP, and you should definitely not be in Government. Just saying.

So much easier to snipe from the sidelines than to actually stand for office and, if elected, roll your sleeves up and fight for your country, your constituents and your principles.
