Ridiculous to say we voted leave because of a message on a bus. Personally I voted leave because the Russians told me to on Facebook.

Totally agree not the red bus,not immigration. Just didn't want continued austerity. The likes of Cameron, Osborne,IMF,Blair all wanted to remain. That was enough to tell me we are better out They don't represent me
-
The Eu had nothing to do with austerity. That was purely the UK parliment. So you can look forward to more of it without the protection of EU employment rights.

Ditto. I was in a pub in Middlesbrough yesterday. Nobody I met wants to stay in The EU, all thought May’s deal a disaster, and nobody likes Jeremy Corbyn. Nice pub

I know..thats all the comeback they have. And that we're all bit racist, bigoted, insular trogs who dont know any better. The fact theyre trying to overturn a democratic decision and by stopping in the EU are complicit in us losing even more democracy escapes them. Ironic.
-
I'd rather cede a bit of sovereignty to have a voice in an organisation that has kept Europe together since 1945 than live on a financially crippled island with no friends or trading partners. Why are you lot so scared of foreigners?
-
And we're the undemocratic ones. Its a continental control mechanism disguised as pseudo liberalism and remainers are being sucked in by it. Wake up and smell The Free trade coffee..

Two years ago a european army was a wild fantasy dreamt up by conspiracy theorists...now its happening...go figure...
-
Nope. Its been talked about for decades. But sensible input from UK as a part of the EU meant it never had momentum.
-
Were you blind yesterday when demonstrators in Paris were flying the French Tricolour whilst the police were using armoured vehicles with the EU flag on

If all it takes to panic you is putting a sticker on a vehicle, I cant help you.

Leaver lies again.

So there was no narrative around “we will be much better off and the money will go to the NHS” or “the lines of brown people at the gates will not be allowed in”. Aye right Julia, as we say in Scotland.
-
Harsh and sensationalist interpretation Russell. Racists are racists regardless of immigration policy. Spending money supporting the ‘white elephant’ EU - can never be described as an astute financial investment. All political campaigns are unfortunately won/lost with sound bites
-
We choose our words (including sound bites). Listen to Raheem Sterling today about the press. And Dominic Cummings has stayed what won it for Leave: the 350m and immigration. You and Julia should just be happy with the win, but maybe don’t tart it up with too much tinsel.
-
It’s not about winning and losing. It’s not that polarised. We would be fine in and we’ll be fine out. My preference is out - as Germany is economically controlling everyone else in Europe. That’s the long and the short of it for me.

I’m in Munich - Just saw today Merkle getting hammered as her ‘legacy’ was destroyed by her decision to allow 1m immigrants to enter. It’s not just UK with issues.
