I don’t remember many voices at the time saying ‘but wait, we need to know what deal we will get if we left, before we vote’, the remoaners were so arrogant, they just assumed they’d win, and still can’t believe or accept that they simply lost!

No,we Remainers ( get the word right- abuse does not make an argument stronger ) were not arrogant. We are simply not racists xenophobes or little englanders and always knew the only sensible outcome was to remain.....
-
"abuse does not make an argument stronger" and yet here is a lefty folks just dishing out abuse in the paragraph to try and make his argument stronger =D
-
I'd say it was ironic, but they are clearly far too 'clever' to understand what I mean...

Weird how Brexiters now desperately cling to the words of Cameron

They spent years telling us not to believe a word he said
-
I’m not clinging to anything. He was the Prime Minister at the time and I can’t recall any Remain campaigner disputing his words at the time. We voted on that basis. It’s really not very complicated, is it?
-
Project Fear, unless you agree then its gospel.

There’s that word “Lets” again that supposedly completely flummoxed a nation

A suggestion pushed by a group with no mandate or power, suddenly became a promise...... I truly despair at the intellect of some
-
“It was only a suggestion”- the old campaigning with poetry governing in prose, except theres no prose, no detail - Johnson Davies Raab all legged it when they realised the onus was on us and not the group we were leaving to come up with a workable proposal
-
Remain led negotiations ended with this position. Every leaver who tried to get involved left hung out to dry having been in position without influence. TM needed a pattsy. I question Rabb’s naivety at getting involved, others were in at the beginning before this became evident
-
in that case Davies was subject to the most prolonged hanging in history (for the best part of 2 years) they’ve realised that they are not going to get anything from a group who from the outset have had the temerity to say you can’t leave and keep all the same benefits
-
But TM has said its more like £394m a week

Wouldn’t it be a shame is some folks had gone to court to prove this was a lie.... ....oh yes... ...that was us....

@cspungin Listen carefully to Cameron's words and then perhaps you can explain what is not clear to you. People voted for No Deal. A deal was at best a bonus, not a prerequisite, nor a conditionThanks. Twitter will use this to make your timeline better. UndoUndo

@JuliaHB1 Really its long past time we stopped calling the other half of our country names? Remoaners? Coming to the point when our broadcasters have to try and mend and not divide. -
If you've got a group who havn't accepted the result 2½ yrs on & who refer to ppl who voted differently from them as somehow racist & thick to validate thier losing view, entrenching their views by living in a cultish echo chamber with handles like FBPE what else do you call them

Could not put it better my self

I think your point is just reiterating my point mate
