It is a preplanned subversion of democracy. Give them an absolute turd of a deal that they can pass off as " brexit" and when everyone rejects it do project fear and turncoat mps to resign but think 2nd ref is a good idea. Leave vote weakened by 2 yr shambles.remain win.

Then again we are British. Maybe not quite as resilient as in the past evidenced by the existence of rabid remainers but still have it. Another scenario. 2nd ref and we deliver a massive F*** **f to the establishment with one almighty no deal leave vote.
-
Theyll get their way through stalling, lying, undermining and eventually betraying Brexit and democracy. It will bring onba political cataclysm in the uk but the chance to get out will have been thwarted. So so wrong and something i never thought id see in the UK.

You and me both. I am astounded that they can’t see how dangerous this is. Millions will disengage. Democracy will be dealt a fatal blow. Other countries were asked to vote again until they voted correctly now it’s about to happen to us. It will be fixed. I wouldn’t trust them
-
I know. Its so sad. Classic EU MO and its happening to us, because our leaders and political elite are complicit in it.

I once respected
@michaelgove but now I regard him as a hypocritical opportunist. You're on the wrong side of history now, Mr. Gove. -

If it wasn’t for him, maybe Boris would have been PM and we would have left the EU on a good deal.

Its all so transparent. Im nearly 50 and ive really had my eyes opened by all this. I always believed in uk democracy but its an illusion..we have no true say and the political elite can railroad us whichever way they want us to go.

A few centuries ago we'd have yanked them out and strung them up. These days we can't even call a bloke that's had his nob lopped off, a bloke without getting in trouble

Theresa May deceitfully glosses over the implications contained in the WA. It is riddled with a multiplicity of cross references. Obfuscation concealing that it strives to cripple and disempower the UK. It is not Brexit. I no longer trust Theresa May or anyone who supports her.

If Give still has ambitions to be leader they will remain just that. He has shown he is not to be trusted and will never become leader. To think I once thought of voting for him as leader when Cameron resigned, fool that I am.

I urge Mr Gove and Liam Fox to grow a pair and honour what the referendum was about.............We voted to leave the EU,not half in,half out.

The replies are similar to every other tweet supporting the deal that I've read. Apart from Gove has personally disappointed many people who put brexit in his hands.

The May government are making exactly the same mistake that Cameron made. Taking the electorate for fools who they think they csn manupulate through a crass propaganda campaign. We dont like it!
