No deal = ‘cliff edge’ = ‘crashing out’ = ‘hard Brexit’ = Brexit (the result of the referendum)...amazing how hijacking the language hijacks the cause. It’s almost as if it’s deliberate...

The are a lot of economists on Twitter. But it was never about getting poorer, it was to get the Brexit dividend. I’m sure they have all worked it out in detail. Send all info to Mogg and he can implement it in a fortnight over a cup of tea.
-
No it wasn't. It was about successive governments agreeing to EU treaties without asking anyone. That isn't democracy and it's getting worse. If it was about economics, where were the details of the future benefits of remaining explained? Not to big business, to ordinary people
-
The EU treatise were agreed by our democratically elected government, or was that not your sort of democracy?
-
And our democratically elected government triggered article 50, I hope you respect that too

No deal is the better deal and only deal which gives the referendum result. WTO rules aint so bad, and they will only be short term until new trade deals are put in place.

Corbyn is right. There is no chance of no-deal.
-
He's wrong actually. Parliament voted earlier this year that article 50 cannot be reversed even if no deal. Either way we are leaving march 29th and parliament can do NOTHING to stop it. This is a fact that was ratified in the withdrawal bill.

So it's a deal negotiated by a Remainer or we stay in EU. Don't remember that being argued during Referendum debate.
-
I don't remember "we will survive" being the selling point of the outters either.
-
‘Things won’t be so bad after 15 years’ wouldn’t have looked so catchy on the side of a bus.
