So, all of us who made up the 17.4 million who voted “the wrong way” in the EU referendum are now somehow responsible for a Remain-backing PM, Chancellor & civil service delivering a Brexit deal that makes a mockery of our vote? Yeah, sure, that seems legit.https://twitter.com/DPJHodges/status/1065897975656968192 …

Because you helped initiate this entire process. A process which many Remainers predicted would end in disaster. So yes, I'm afraid Brexiteers are going to have to accept the blame for the impact of Brexit as well.

That argument would hold more sway if the Brexiteers in the cabinet actually came up with a workable alternative in the 2 years.

No they didn’t. Hoping the other side will agree to unrealistic demands/expectations is not a plan - it’s wishful thinking. There was never a chance terms for exit could be or can be agreed which are as favourable as the terms we have as members.

Oh you can get out of it. No deal is certainly a realistic outcome - but one that would do even more economic damage that would hit ordinary people the hardest. Any trade deal will be on worse terms than a member would get - why is that hard to understand?

Its not hard to understand, its simple, thats what we voted for, independence, take back control, short term suffer for long term gain, get us the hell out of this corrupt club before they shaft us any further.

The bus had very little to do with my vote, if youre not prepared to do your own homework and rely on everything being written on the side of a bus for your own valudation then you deserved to lose. Sour grapes.

There is no benefit to brexit and anyone who actually did any homework knows that. It's a great example of an elite creating a false enemy to push the people into acting against their own interests.

"No benefit"? What a ridiculous statement, everything in the world and beyond has both benefits and limitations, nothing is totally perfect just as nothing is totally flawed. You come across very biased and disingenuous.

What was the plan? Have you seen it? Was it as good as Davis’ plan for a no deal with a transition period? If they were ignored, why wait until chequers announced and WA before resigning? Was it not obvious way before then they were being ignored?
