This looks key. Pg 148 "Judgments and orders of the ECJ handed down before the end of the transition period, as well as such judgments and orders handed down after the end of the transition period ... shall have binding force in their entirety on and in the United Kingdom.

Brexit = British Exit from the EU. This deal does that. Now it is a truly awful Brexit that has managed to unite Remainers and Leavers in opposition to it. But it IS Brexit.

Yup - this is the inevitable result of the foolish project. At least you Brexiters can take pleasure in having achieved your principle Xenophobic aim - you have stopped free movement.

Never about xenophobia , it's about having the ability to hold to account those who make our laws. The EU is layer of foreign unelected government ,slowly replacing our elected and accountable government/parliament.

The EU is a democratic organisation made up of democracies that share government on certain issues. Most government remains a matter for member states. You have fallen for Brexiter myths. In any event, objection to government by or with non Brits is Xenophobic.

So basically same as now except: * no MEPs * no EU commissioners * Brits in EU lose all voting rights * Brits lose freedom of movement * no say on rules/regulations but bound by them * EU citizens in U.K. will need to apply to stay in their own home Who would vote for that?

Er no it isn’t. Brexit meant leave completely with the EU having no say over us whatsoever that does not mean the ECJ still makes the rules.

Er actually, different people proposed different types of Brexit before the referendum. For example, Farage a year before the referendum was advocating Norway, Switzerland options.

@JuliaHB1 I think as a journalist it is best to actually read the document rather than base your judgement on people's tweets. Everyone has their own agenda and will pick bits and pieces to support it rather than specify the full story.

This is the beginning of the end of Brexit. The PM is cleverer than we've given her credit for. Everyone now knows that the best Brexit is far worse than simply remaining.

It is a betrayal and yet another democratic decision that has gone against the EU which has been distorted, betrayed and reversed. It is so obvious that this has been a stitch up from day 1. All the promises that May made to get re-elected, for her to then deliver this. #Traitor
