      I. I was not talking about legislation but major decisions that need a supermajority. 2. It was not in PM Power to offer that as Parliament is Sovereign. 3. EEC referendum was also advisory. All referendums in UK are constitutional advisory.Parliament then decided to join the EEC

      1) what major decisions require the 2/3rds majority? 2) take your word for it, no expert? 3) if advisory, why gov. Spend £9m on leaflets and not mention it? And if advisory why have one at all? MP’s voted 6-1 to hold it, never mentioned advisory?

1.Desolving a IK Govt is quite a biggy 2.All referendum in the U.K. are advisory. As confirmed in the Gina Miller court ruling and the House of Commons library.

You said that but I asked for others, we have gone to war on a simple majority, think that’s a biggie? But why didn’t anyone challenge this before the vote? In all the literature, interviews, briefings and debates?

Going to war is a Royal prerogative power and does not need permission from Parliament.

MP’s voted on simple majority to go to war did not need 2/3rd before going to Queen. What else needs 2/3rds majority, apart from one you’ve highlighted

Not trying to belittle u but if you haven't studied our constitution/representative Parliamentary democracy it would b unfair to continue.

Robert, have you considered a career in politics? You’re ten times better at this than most MPs!
