Such an amazing ability to psychically read into a single yes or no vote all the detail of what that vote apparently means. (The abilitiy in a democracy to ignore the rest of the electorate is pretty epic too.)https://twitter.com/JuliaHB1/status/1062408658628284416 …

This should be useful... https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0xGt3QmRSZY … (And in either case the Conservatives lost the 2017 election.)
-
The Conservatives lost the election? Only if losing now means getting far more votes and seats than anyone else. In any case, Labour also claimed they would deliver Brexit. Of course, a lot of us knew they were lying but I don't think their Brexit voters did.

Julia, Have you noticed that all remainers keep telling us that no one knew what they were voting for. That being the case why did they all blindly vote remain?
-
Because we knew that the major issues in this country have nothing to do with our membership of the EU.
-
So you vote to remain anyway. Not because the EU is good (you admitted you don’t know.) but because there are other priorities. I’m humbled to read such wisdom.
-
No. Yet again another strawman. If you had a valid point you wouldn’t have to misrepresent other people’s arguments.
-
Hang on! You vote to remain in a EU referendum because of other issues and I’m a straw man!
-
No I voted remain because I firmly believe we’re better off inside the EU. Most of what Leave offered I thought we’re bollocks at the time and that has only been cemented over the last two years.

-
The only people who talk of unicorns are remain voters who haven't got over losing

I read the government leaflet and listened to Mr Cameron who told me we will be leaving the CU and SM, since then Mrs May has assured me I would no longer be under the Rule of ECJ no more financial contributions and the Union will be protected. 17,4million did the same

Brexit means Brexit. The height of detail.

But of course despite what was said in the referendum, credence to which you may or may not give, the Tories failed to win a mandate for the full Brexit in the election.
-
What a strange statement considering both Tories and Labour ran on manifestos pledging to respect the result of the referendum
-
And, even without Labour, the Tories, as the largest party by some margin and supported by another staunchly Brexit-supporting party in the DUP, do, in fact, have a mandate for proper, full Brexit.
