Doing well, thank you, due to the extraordinary efforts, skills, kindness and dedication of the NHS, including a Polish surgeon, Greek oncologist, Bulgarian radiologist and Malaysian nurse.

I hope your treatment is successful. But you’re back on Twitter and you know that my comment in the video was not remotely about people getting cancer but you’re getting lots of retweets so you just figured you’d leave it up anyway, huh?

Julia You said it. It's there, on the video. And you've got a history of saying similarly unpleasant, inflammatory things, which is why people are attacking you. If you were decent and misspoke, I'd take it down. You aren't. You didn't. I won't. Thanks for your good wishes.

Maybe you had moved on to your familiar dog whistle ‘uncontrolled migration’ trope that actually probably played a large part in his treatment and return to health? Uncontrollably coming here to be EU doctors, nurses and care workers Maybe you could migrate somewhere please?

We attract them. It’s a sign of success. Countries all over the world compete for migration - especially doctors, scientists, nurses Probably a difficult concept for thick racists to understand. But I am sure other countries, such as France and Germany will love to have them.

We have technical full employment. We have thousands of nursing and doctor vacancies. I’m presuming you have little experience of hiring and training English staff.

I have zero problem employing English candidates, and do and provide training. But we require EU nationals to fill the jobs as there aren’t enough English candidates. UK nationals have no problem getting jobs and training. That’s the point.

We are not training enough of our own to fill the jobs we need to. Make STEM degrees free from tuition fees. Full employment in U.K. but child poverty problems and families relying on food banks or just about managing? But we bring in cheap labour from abroad. Doesn’t add up
