And in the long lost past age of adult reasoned debate when opposing views and opinions were welcomed, like Democracy! When did we immediately assume that somebody’s professional skills were questionable without any evidence!

No it doesn’t. At best it’s politically motivated. Funding the NHS has nothing to do with the EU. And outside the EU we can decide exactly who we want to attract from anywhere we want to in the world to cover the current issues with staffing.

Our membership of the EU hugely decreases the cost of medicines and medical devices. The shared regulatory frameworks means that only one set of clinical trials, approvals and ongoing compliance procedures is needed.

After Brexit the UK will have its own, separate regulations. This means ANOTHER set of regulations for manufacturers to be compliant with, but for a population of only 65m, instead of 500m. This adds tens of billions to the cost of compliance and can only be passed on in prices.

If we can't have both, I choose Brexit. With that vast, enormous, gigantic unbelievable amount of public money being spent on the NHS we could probably start again. And this time make a system that is efficient w/o the colossal wastage and poor service.
