You can't speak for all of them in saying they're happy. 1.5m Brits have died since the referendum.

How sad and desperate do you have to be to cite how many people died since a referendum to make a point? Good god, man. Both my grandfathers were miners and I'm ashamed that you're connected with the Labour Party.

Not a Labour supporter but admire your ethics, Martyn. Top post

It is quite striking though Julia how most of the most vocal Brexiteers are moving themselves, their families, business, money or clients money offshore on the run up to Brexit, don't you think?
-
“Most”...? Really?
-
i know that you love trolling, but many of the people who drove us to this are so wealthy that Brexit won't affect them, you included there is no data at all that suggests that it will be a success so at least admit that it is the ideology that you support

Not anywhere 17.4 million as we've been educated and now realise the lies! No bus, no Turkey. Borders controlled. Rules made here. Our MEPs vote on the others for which we agreed on most & approx £1 a head in payments. We trade with the world too !

Wow that must have been some poll you took Julia, to get the views of all 17.4 million, especially as so many have since died. Or are you in contact with the dead as well as the dead headed.
-
You may want to stay put but the rest of us want to keep our freedom of movement.
-
Freedom of movement is not ending . Limitations are. Get educated fgs
-
Why do you say FOM is not ending. Do you actually understand any of the implications of Brexit?https://www.google.co.uk/amp/s/www.politico.eu/article/raab-no-freedom-of-movement-in-brexit-deal/amp/ …

As their isn’t going to be the brexit that should be. Wait and see...

You missed his point "Brexit was always a hobby for rich men with a plan B. A jolly board game with ordinary Britons' jobs & livelihoods as the counters."

Yep, with our freedom of movement being taken away we are all staying put unless you've got the money of Julia and her rich friends to buy more choices. Love the way Dyson announces a new factory in Singapore days after EU announce free trade agreement with Singapore. Global EU.

If you were truly confident that all 17.4 million were still on your side, you'd have no problem letting the public have a final say once all the details were clear.

as i was saying, after seeing whats gone on during the last 2 years since the referendum, Brexit is for the very, very rich or the very, very stupid,.....
-
Or possibly the very, very fed-up-with-unaccountable-elites-in-Belgium-running-the-UK? Shambolic handling of Brexit by this government doesn't make Brexit a bad idea; it makes it a poor government.
-
No government could make Brexit go well. All possible configurations make Britain poorer, both materially and culturally.
