I don't wear one, but I do support Muslim women's right to wear their hijab.

As I look out my window now at the park opposite there are some little girls from the flats next door wearing hijabs. They are playing football, skipping rope and larking about with the other kids after school. I say hi to their parents quite often. Are they extremists?

Im disappointed that
@talkRADIO have not condemned Julia's blatant islamaphobia or condemned her support of hate preacher & far right extremist@OzraeliAvi - 1 more reply

So you are stating that #
#Islam is an Extremist ideology? ... your wrong but none the less an interesting perspective of what you thinj especially when you endorse a far right hate preacher & extremist & rt? ... as i said stay classy Julia. -
Perhaps Julia agrees with what this well known thug and extremist preaches? I hope not, and she would do the right thing by removing the rt and condemning his views.

That's not fair. Wearing a head scarf isn't extremist. My street is mostly Muslim and they're lovely re. bring over food and asking me to family stuff. They wear headscarves and it's fine. It's just clothing choice.

Don’t impose your Islamophobia onto your daughter, then.

Aren’t journalists supposed to be well-informed?

If you observe, Julia is finding things funny. Laughter in serious matters is a mental health matter.
-
In fact... Julia recently walking into a 'Safe Space' might have been a subconscious decision. Her "boo-ing" the camera may have been her subconscious way of scaring off any threats to her safety. Perhaps she is in reality very frightened and does not know how to express it.

Julia isnt interested unless it fits her agenda..

Islam is not an extremist ideology, it's a religious faith. There are extremist elements within any faith, Islam included - but kids wearing hijabs about as much 'imposition' as a school uniform.
