I think in this instance as a female very concerned about the heavily influenced #GRAConsultation by men’s rights activists, Julia has every right to support womens protections.

Done ! To quote Bender the robot, "I support and oppose many things, but not strongly enough to pick up a pen" However, on this occasion, such nonsense needs to be stopped, Women have enough threats already without adding more to their lot

Done. After reading the questions, I think every woman should complete the consultation. Follow the link in the JHB tweet above.

Done. So many reasons why this should be signed. If the act goes through, women might as well give up playing any kind of competitive sport, as they will never get a podium place again

Look on the plus side. If this goes through, the gender pay gap could be eliminated overnight as FTSE senior management all identify as female for a day! Look at all the progress we're making!

If this goes through I’m self id-ing as a man and will expect a substantial pay rise.

The problem with the standard responses is that they do not go far enough. There should be NO recognition that a person can legally change their gender except where there was a genuine mistake at birth. Wanting to dress differently and undergo mutilation is their choice

I have several times today tried to put comments on the government site: the site was very slow, and kicked me off on two separate occasions. This might be from excess traffic, but I am concerned in case those wishing to comment can't do so before the deadline expires.

Why would I oppose these changes? They will give my son a second opportunity to succeed at sports even if he is not good enough to compete with other men.
