Marks & Spencer sells school uniform hijabs for girls as young as 6. This is an abomination. This is extremist Islamism and NOT a Koranic requirement for young Muslim girls at primary school. No, no, no, no... NO!https://www.thesun.co.uk/news/uknews/7473581/marks-and-spencer-hijab-school-uniform-girls-sale/ …

Just because they’re being sold, doesn’t mean they HAVE to wear one. Young girls usually start wearing when they come of age. I taught 2 grade 2 classes in Bahrain. Almost no kids in the entire school wore them. Go educate yourself before spouting shite. You’re the extremist here
-
Er, you actually made my point for me. I know exactly what I’m talking about, thanks.
-
Of course you do. I’m sure you’ve spent lots of time with an open mind living amongst the people you do regularly attack. I haven’t made your point for you at all. If you knew anything about the Middle East, you’d know that part of the culture varies massively country to country.
-
Good grief. It’s because I know WHY those garments are worn that I object to them - especially for little girls. Maybe you need to do a bit more research, mate.
-
Mad idea this. So stay with me on it. Maybe don’t buy one.
-
That's what I was thinking. Obligation to buy? Come to the conclusion some people like to seethe and boil on line, seems to make them feel good.
-
Oh, some people like to seethe and boil for cold, hard cash.

There's no requirement for me, as an active Christian, to wear a cross, but I do. It's choice. Children are guided by their parents choices. It's their business and absolutely none of yours Ms Hartley-Brewer.

I love it when anti religious types get more pedantic over scripture than the religious people they're complaining about.

I had to wear scarfs at mass every Sunday - like all the grown up women did before catholic dogma released and disbanded with that particular predilection in the early 70’s- also .... communion veils are still on sale - I think I’ve a song -a-comin’

And if a 6 year old wants to wear it you have no right to tell her she can't.

You are right>>Quran never makes Face-Covering or Head Covering Mandatory, but that are Cultures. Should you not permit people to follow their Culture? How can you say: that is dangerous political ideology? Your argument carries no any rational weight.

The same reason 6 year olds are encouraged to wear makeup in the West. Freedom. You need to get some air.

Why do you feel you have the right to say what a parent dresses their child in. They can wear these garments to keep in standing with their own traditions the same way becky from essex can get away with piercing her 6 year olds ears. Not religious just parents choices.

It is important to learn: An honest reader of whole Quran who Understood Whole Quran, knows well that Islamic Law (Sharia) is
#VALID only & only from Quran. No other SOURCE. Not from millions Forged Hadiths/Seera & Concocted Sunna reports. Head-Cover & Niqab are#mere Culturespic.twitter.com/rUtvJYYmTE

Quran has used word Hijab in some verses but nowhere this word is used for head cover or Niqab but for a barrier/curtain between 2 groups of People. Niqab/Head Cover are Jewish & Christian Cultures which later
#infused in Muslims from Christian Nuns. All hadiths are Hocus Pocuspic.twitter.com/TtNhUh5TDG
