I don’t know if Kavanagh is innocent or guilty, but imagine going for a job interview and being accused of a horrific crime, confronted by someone with a very compelling story but who has no evidence, no proof and who is destroying your reputation in an era of the MeToo movement.

It isn't a loophole.. It's the law. Every cop in the country is well aware of it.. Whoever sanctioned the prosecution is not up to their job.
-
What do you mean sanctioned the prosecution? He was charged with speeding, the fact the letter allegedly arrived late is no reason for the case to be dismissed. He admitted speeding!
-
Read the legislation.
-
Yes I understand it’s a technicality that got him off, that doesn’t mean it should have. He admitted speeding, there was proof he was speeding. Having the money to seek out a loophole is no defence of anything. It simply shows a lack of character and poor moral compass
-
It's not a loophole, it's the legislation. The law does not deal with moral compasses. Having money is irrelevant. If the prosecuting authorities can't follow the letter of the law, how can they expect the public to do the same. Would you pay a fine if your prosecution is flawed

I’d rather wallow in a watering hole full of hungry crocodiles than join you for all that NoNonsense nonsense.

Love to hear your thoughts on the conservative voices ‘lynching’ Weinstein last year and who are defending Kavanaugh now.

It scares me with the assumption of guilt by accusation only, slippery slope.

And good morning Ma'am - up at last.... As a teenager I had no idea what I wanted to do, but I was always a keen hobbyist and model maker. After a 35 year career in home improvements I now do this a business designing and retailing hobby kits. BTW, by my 30th I had my own home.

Actually felt sick watching Kavanaugh have to defend himself against ‘angry’ democrats on practically no evidence whatsoever. Also find it hard to believe that a professor is so feeble and cannot remember anything.
