Oh dear, this video seems to have triggered the I Get Angry On Other People’s Behalf brigade. Luckily, I’ve found a handy safe space for them where they can wallow in their hurt feelings... Plenty of space - it’s been empty all day.https://twitter.com/JuliaHB1/status/1044158615786008581 …

Let’s get our terminology correct... I thought it was ‘quiet spaces’ for those with mental health needs and sensory overload from autism? ‘Safe space’ is a university term for places without challenging subjects or contentious ideas that some may find offensive and upsetting?pic.twitter.com/2FjBs4C2ka

No, as someone who struggles with autism and regularly feels excluded, unable to attend social events due to inaccessibility, I'm disgusted like you treat us "triggered snowflakes" as one big joke. Using your platform to mock safe spaces, only discourages events from inclusivity

You do realise 'triggered'applies to ex soldiers with PTSD and child sex abuse survivors? They may need a safe space on occasion and how dare you mock them.more guts and strength in their little fingers than a soggy box headed troglodyte like you will ever possess.

To not only make an uninformed joke about autistic people's needs, but to then follow it up like some sort of principled stance shows your lack of moral and intellectual capacity. I didn't think you could sink any lower, but I guess I shouldn't be surprised.

They’re so ‘not very bright’ in fact, that they’re not safe to be out! So keeping them together in a safe space seems like a good idea to me. Do they have anything else in common? Well - they’re both racist for a start, and both suffer from dyscalculia. What are the chances?
