Dear politicians, We don’t want a snap general election. We don’t want a 2nd referendum. We don’t want Chequers. We just want the Brexit we voted for. Get on with it. Yours, Leave voters

Oh you are definitely part of the metropolitan liberal elite now Julia. So stop pretending that you have the best interests of ordinary working class people at heart. You don’t. Brexit will destroy the economy, thousands will lose their jobs, some will lose their homes.
-
I didn’t pretend anything
-
You decided to go to Oxford. Could’ve gone to Durham.

Julia, despite your double-barrelled moniker you’re not a toff. Nobody is fooled. We’re not interested in your (lack of) class. Just your political views. Which are toxic. Do your bit to rid the planet of pollution and shut up. Please?

You also failed to mention that your father was a GP. You don’t get much more middle-class than that!
-
My MOTHER was a student doctor for most of my childhood and became a GP when I was 18. Next?
-
Most of your childhood? Almost 18 years? It's 5 years to train as a Dr. What did she do for the other 13 years? Your still middle class.
-
And that’s a crime? To work hard and achieve? Unbelievable
-
No. But it is dishonest to talk about 16.1m Remainers are being the elite when many are ordinary men and women doing ordinary jobs (not Oxford university students like Brewer).
-
As it’s wrong to refer to leavers as uneducated and racists.

It’s not about education or background it is about your attitude and language - all of which convey the breath-taking myopia of a right wing elitist.

You do realise the foundations of the Conservative party are all about not helping others... so it's no surprise most of their policies have ALWAYS been about reducing or abolishing university grants, teachers, NHS, police, etc etc
-
The foundations of the Conservative Party is to give power to the individual, not the state.
-
Modern life requires a basic framework of laws, infrastructure and services. The Tories want to remove laws which protect vulnerable, privatise infrastructure and provide us with zero public services.

Please use that Oxford education and enlighten us how we would disentangle ourselves from decades of trade deals, financial, social even familial ties in some cases that we have developed with the Continent? What does Brexit mean JHB? Let’s see that Oxford education put to use.

That full maintenance grant must have come in handy. I dropped my middle son at Warwick yesterday. Eldest goes to Exeter, both away from home. Loan money is not enough to cover rent. There are no grants. You support this brutal system. Working class with bright kids? Beware!
